BCDA highlights investment opportunities in Luzon Corridor

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) brought together global investors, industry leaders, and government partners from the United States and Japan during the second day of the Luzon Economic Corridor (LEC) Investment Forum, showcasing investment opportunities across the country’s key growth corridor.

BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang highlighted the distinct strengths of Subic, Clark, Manila, and Batangas as interconnected economic hubs, emphasizing the need to develop a strong ecosystem that will enhance connectivity, unlock greater value, and support long-term investments.

“These projects are meant to further strengthen partnerships among like-minded countries, as well as to create valuable opportunities in the Philippines,” Bingcang said.

He added that the initiatives support President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s vision of expanding business opportunities for global partners and positioning the Philippines as a preferred investment destination.

BCDA subsidiary leaders also presented major projects and investment opportunities along the corridor, including John Hay Management Corp. President and CEO Manjit Singh Reandi; Clark Development Corp. Assistant Vice President for Business Enhancement Rodem R. Perez; Clark International Airport Corp. Chief Business Development Officer Melissa D. Feliciano; and Poro Point Management Corp. Vice President Dr. Kate Bada.

The forum concluded with an investment immersion tour of New Clark City and the wider Clark region, where delegates gained firsthand insights into the area’s infrastructure, strategic assets, and development opportunities.

BCDA said it remains committed to strengthening the infrastructure, partnerships, and investment ecosystem needed to support the Philippines’ next phase of economic growth.
