The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has secured its second consecutive Gold Quill Award of Excellence at the prestigious International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Gold Quill Awards, reaffirming its commitment to communication excellence on the global stage.

BCDA earned the recognition for its 2024 Annual Report, themed “Big, Bold Moves,” which highlights the agency’s strategic vision, key accomplishments, and commitment to transformative development initiatives.

The agency was also recognized as the only Philippine government institution to receive the highest honor at this year’s awards.

For more than 40 years, the IABC Gold Quill Awards have been regarded as the global benchmark for excellence in strategic communication, attracting hundreds of entries from organizations worldwide.

BCDA shared the achievement with its partners and stakeholders, recognizing their contributions to the agency’s continued success and impact.
