Bulacan has attracted about P20 billion worth of new investments in 2023 including expansion projects of two real estate firms namely the P167.24-million Venezia Townhomes 2 in Santa Maria and the 126.35-million Farm Masters Village Phase 3 in San Miguel.
Transactions on foreign investments registered with the BSP, through AABs, in October 2023 recorded net outflows of US$328 million resulting from the US$1.3 billion gross outflows and the gross inflows of US$954 million for the month. The recorded net outflows are smaller than the net outflows posted in September 2023 (US$698 million).
Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB) generated total revenue of P23.3 billion for the third quarter of 2023, 39% higher year-on-year and 23% above same period in 2019. This was on the back of over 5.3 million passengers flown onboard 35,000 flights, which are 27% and 18% higher year-on-year, respectively. Seat load factor improved to 83.7%, 9.7 percentage points higher year-on-year.

SM Investments Corporation (SM Investments) reported a consolidated net income of PHP36.5 billion in the first six months, up 32% from PHP27.7 billion in the same period last year.
