Cebu Pacific earns LinkedIn Best Employer Brand award for 3rd straight year

Cebu Pacific has been named Best Employer Brand at the 2026 LinkedIn Talent Awards, marking its third consecutive win in the category for companies with 5,000 to 10,000 employees.

The annual recognition honors organizations that excel in attracting, engaging, and developing talent while building strong workplace culture and employee engagement.

CEB said the award reflects its continued focus on strengthening its employer brand through authentic storytelling, consistent employee engagement, and a clearly defined corporate culture.

“As we mark 30 years of Cebu Pacific, we’re clear on one thing: an employer brand isn’t built through campaigns—it’s built through everyday experiences,” said Felix Lopez, Chief Human Resources Officer. “At Cebu Pacific, our people don’t just work here—they build communities here.”

He added that a sense of belonging within the organization continues to be a key driver of employee pride and retention.

A major pillar of this culture is CEB University, the airline’s internal learning ecosystem featuring eight specialized schools designed to upskill employees and support career progression across different roles.

The company also highlighted its 16 employee-led “Juan CEB Communities,” including EmpowHER, which promotes women’s development through mentorship and leadership opportunities.

CEB likewise strengthened its talent strategy through the “Juan Flight Closer to Home” program, launched in 2025, which encourages overseas Filipino aviation professionals to return and build careers in the Philippines.

The airline operates flights to 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, continuing to position workforce development as a key part of its long-term growth strategy.
