The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) and John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) explored potential collaboration with the National University of Singapore (NUS) on sustainable urban development and the application of global best practices in the Philippines.
The discussions with NUS Cities, an interdisciplinary entity under the NUS College of Design and Engineering, focused on knowledge sharing and possible partnerships in urban planning, sustainable development and the creation of future-ready communities.
CIAC President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph P. Alcazar, along with Vice President for Operations and Business Development Group Engr. Ryan P. Pineda, led the CIAC delegation. JHMC was represented by Chairman Kristofer Lee Dance, President and CEO Manhit Singh Reandi, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jane Theresa G. Tabalingcos.
The engagement highlights CIAC and JHMC’s efforts to draw from Singapore’s experience in integrated and sustainable city development, while exploring how NUS’ academic expertise and research capabilities could support the continued development of Clark and Baguio.
