CIAC VP passes Career Executive Eligibility exam
Another good news coinciding with CIAC’s 27th anniversary celebration.
The Career Executive Service Board recently conferred CES eligibility to CIAC Vice President for Operations Irish “IC” Calaguas contained in CESB Resolution No. 1620.
The resolution was signed by the CESB officials headed by Chairperson Alicia dela Rosa-Bala where VP Calaguas was commended for meeting “the necessary managerial experience and other requirements of the CESB and (for passing) the prescribed examinations for the conferment of CES eligibility.”
VP Calaguas is the first official in CIAC history to be conferred with this honor.
The CES was created by Presidential Decree No. 1 “to form a continuing pool of well-selected and development-oriented career administrators who shall provide competent and faithful service.” (CIAC-CCO)
