About 93 personnel from the 13 electric cooperatives in Central Luzon will be deployed in areas severely battered by typhoon Odette.
Under Task Force Kapatid, they will spend 35 days in providing the necessary assistance to restore the electricity service as safely and as quickly as possible.

The task force is composed of 13 teams of line workers assigned to aid electric cooperatives in Central Visayas. They will also bring their equipment to utilize in the operation.
Spearheading the operation is Central Luzon Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc. (CLECA) lead by Board President Reynaldo V. Villanueva. The 13 CLECA members are Aurora Electric Cooperative, Inc., Nueva Ecija 1 Electric Cooperative, Inc., Nueva Ecija 2 Electric Cooperative, Inc. – Area 1, Nueva Ecija 2 Electric Cooperative, Inc. Area 2, Tarlac 1 Electric Cooperative, Inc., Tarlac 2 Electric Cooperative, Inc., Pampanga 1 Electric Cooperative Inc., Pampanga 2 Electric Cooperative Inc., Pampanga 3 Electric Cooperative Inc., Pampanga Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc., Peninsula Electric Cooperative, Inc., Zambales 1 Electric Cooperative, Inc., and Zambales 2 Electric Cooperative, Inc.
