On his first day as Pampanga First District Representative, Cong. Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. personally visited several day care centers in Magalang to distribute school supplies to young learners.
Among the centers visited were San Pedro I & II, San Nicolas I & II, Sta. Cruz, San Jose, San Francisco, San Agustin, Camias, and Bliss Child Development Centers.
