CSF Mayor meets National Artist Fides Cuyugan
Mayor Vilma Caluag together with Vice Mayor Benedict Jasper “BJ” Lagman meets 2022 NCCA National Artist in the field of Music Fides Cuyugan Asensio.
Ms. Fides traces her roots to San Fernando through her father, Dr. Gervasio Santos Cuyugan of Barangay San Juan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
