Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Assistant Secretary Elmer G. Cato paid a courtesy call on Philippine Air Force (PAF) Commanding General Lt. Gen. Arthur M. Cordura at PAF Headquarters, Col. Jesus Villamor Air Base on May 5, 2026.
