DILG Central Luzon welcomed its newly-installed Regional Director Karl Caesar R. Rimando in a Transition and Turn-Over Ceremony held today.

ARD Jay Timbreza formally handed over the symbolic key of responsibility to the incoming Regional Director, witnessed by all officers and personnel of DILG R-3.

In his acceptance message, RD Rimando recollected some of his notable experiences and journey as a DILG Officer that has molded him and prepared him for bigger responsibilities.

Through the collaborative efforts of everyone, he envisions Region 3 to continuously be the BEST region in the country.
