The municipality of Dinalungan will highlight its rich culinary heritage and resilient entrepreneurial spirit at the Siempre Aurora Trade Fair 2026, set for July 2 to 5 at Marquee Mall in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of traditional delicacies, including bibingka, puto flan, sticky rice cakes, pakumbo, and turmeric tea, all crafted using recipes and techniques passed down through generations.

Organizers said the products reflect the perseverance, culture, and pride of the people of Dinalungan, whose communities continue to thrive despite challenges brought by natural calamities.

The trade fair aims to promote local products and provide entrepreneurs from Aurora an opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship and traditions to a wider market.
