The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) recognized JDN Realty Group as a valued partner of its Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) during the SLP Partners’ Awarding Ceremony held October 7, 2026, at DSWD Field Office 3.

The award recognized JDN Realty’s continued commitment to livelihood development, community assistance, and disaster response initiatives.

Receiving the recognition were JDN Realty Assistant Vice President for Administration Maribel Ronquillo and Payroll and Admin Manager John Balatbat.

During the Partners’ Dialogue, Ronquillo reaffirmed the company’s commitment to helping communities recover from calamities through its Juan HEART initiative.

“Through Juan HEART, patuloy po kaming maaasahan when it comes to calamities like this. Patuloy po kaming susuporta at tutulong sa abot ng aming makakaya,” she said.

The ceremony was attended by DSWD Assistant Regional Director Armont C. Pecina, Promotive Services Division Chief Susan Hernandez, incoming Division Chief Emelita Cruz Bolivar, Regional Partnership Officer Ferdinand Jorge Canlas, and SLP RPMO technical staff.

The recognition highlights JDN Realty’s sustained partnership with DSWD in strengthening community resilience and extending assistance to vulnerable sectors through its Juan HEART advocacy.
