Indian nationals Kaushik Shah, Vishal Takkar and Dr. Arindam Banerjee of Hemant Surgical Industries, Ltd. paid a courtesy visit with Mabalacat City officials on November 16 to express support for Mayor Cris Garbo’s plan on improving the city’s health programs.
Shah, Takkar and Banerjee presented their proposal to put up a hemodialysis center in the city which complements the goal of the mayor.

Aside from the hemodialysis center, Garbo said he will put up a wellness center and is exploring the possibility of having a research laboratory for other diseases.
Garbo extended his gratitude to the Indian nationals for choosing Mabalacat City as one of their chosen locations given their vast global experience in health care.
“Being visited by a reputable foreign investor like Hemant Surgical Industries is an indicator that the international private sector acknowledges our sincere efforts in the local government of pursuing to provide our fellow Mabalaquenians the best services and the proper treatment they deserve,” Garbo pointed out.
