A Filipina journalist from Arayat, Pampanga is gaining ground in the highly competitive U.S. broadcast industry, delivering impactful stories to audiences across the state of Wyoming.
Tanisha Bucad is currently making her mark as a multimedia journalist for 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑤𝑦𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑘, an affiliate of major U.S. television networks FOX News (KLWY) and ABC (KKTQ) based in Cheyenne. Her reports and original productions air daily on network-affiliated newscasts, reaching viewers statewide.




Working in the fast-paced environment of American broadcast television, Bucad independently handles multiple assignments that require strong editorial judgment, accurate reporting, compelling broadcast writing, and confident on-camera delivery. She is known for her creative stand-ups and visual storytelling style, which help make complex community issues more accessible to viewers.
Beyond television, Bucad writes, pitches, and produces news and feature stories for digital platforms, extending her reach through station websites and social media channels.

She was also awarded Best All-Around TV Newscast by the Society of Professional Journalists in 2024, surpassing other student-run newsrooms across Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Nevada, and the Mariana Islands.
