The Mabalacat City local government, led by Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino in coordination with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) headed by Ms. Josephine Tanglao, spearheaded the distribution of fuel subsidy assistance for TODA members on May 28.

A total of 2,046 tricycle operators and drivers received ₱5,000 each as part of the government’s continuing support for the transport sector affected by fluctuating fuel prices.

The assistance aims to help ease the daily expenses of drivers, whose income has been affected by rising fuel costs amid global oil price movements.

Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the aid, saying it provides significant relief for their daily livelihood and operations.

Joining Mayor Aquino during the distribution were Board Member Christian Halili and former Mabalacat Mayor Marino Morales.
