Globe wins Five HR Excellence, Stevie Awards

Globe has secured five honors at the HR Excellence Awards and the 2026 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, recognizing its initiatives in employee advocacy, career mobility, workforce programs and internal communications.

“These awards are meaningful because they recognize the work our teams are doing to make the employee experience better,” said Renato “Ato” Jiao, Globe chief human resource officer.

At the regional HR Excellence Awards, Globe received Bronze awards for Excellence in Addressing Urban Workforce Challenges and Excellence in Employee Advocacy and Brand Ambassadors. The recognitions highlighted the company’s efforts to address evolving employee needs and provide Ka-Globe with platforms to share their experiences and perspectives.

Globe also received three honors at the 2026 Stevie Awards for Great Employers, an international competition recognizing achievements in human resources and workplace practices.

JL Benedict Gutierrez, senior expert for EVP and Employer Branding, won Gold for Internal Communications Professional of the Year, while Paul Constantino, manager for HR Tech and Process, received Gold for Human Resources Professional of the Year.

Globe also earned Bronze for Achievement in Career Mobility, recognizing initiatives that allow employees to explore roles, develop new skills and pursue career paths within the organization.

The company said employee voices remain central to its workplace culture, with programs designed to give Ka-Globe opportunities to share their stories and experiences while providing current and prospective employees with a more authentic view of working at Globe.

Globe is also certified as a Great Place to Work®, an independent recognition based on employee feedback and workplace experience.

Jiao said Globe would continue listening to employees and improving workplace support as their needs and career expectations evolve.

“We will keep listening to Ka-Globe and improving the way we support them at different points in their careers,” he said.

The company said the five awards underscore its continuing efforts to build a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and empowered to grow and contribute.
