Hann Foundation Inc. (HFI) has turned over two fire trucks to the Municipality of Bamban, strengthening the town’s emergency response capabilities amid the ongoing dry season.
Donated on March 9, 2026, the fire trucks are now actively being used to respond to grass fires intensified by extreme heat, helping prevent flames from spreading to nearby communities.

Local responders have deployed the units in multiple incidents, underscoring their role in mitigating fire risks and protecting lives and property.
HFI said the initiative aims to enhance disaster preparedness and fire prevention efforts, noting that the true impact of the donation is reflected in every emergency response and contained fire.
The foundation expressed appreciation that the equipment is being maximized on the ground, especially during a critical period when fire incidents are more frequent.
