HAU alumna hailed as Outstanding Professional

It is with pride that we congratulate Engr. Anne Marie Mangiliman for being hailed as one of the Outstanding Professional ECE by the Institute of Electronics Communications Engineers of the Philippines during the 71st IECEP Annual General Membership Meeting and Convention (e-AGM 2.0) on December 4, 2021.

The IECEP Outstanding Professional Award is an annual national search conducted to recognize 10 professionals for their exemplary performance as electronics engineers.

The criteria for judging include professional competence, active involvement in the organization, contribution to the advancement of the profession and discharge of social responsibility.

Mangiliman was chosen as one of the 10 Outstanding ECEs awarded this year.

She is the first ECE professor in Pampanga to receive the recognition and only the second Kapampangan to receive the award.

She was the charter Vice-Governor for Education and the first duly elected Governor of the IECEP Pampanga Chapter where she served for three years (2012, 2013, & 2016), and also served as an IECEP national officer for two years,  as Secretary-General in 2017 and as a Board Director in 2018.
