Sleep sufficiently, about 8-10 hours. Sleep makes your physical and mental systems recover from the day’s challenges. It makes the mind clearer and puts it in a better state.

Surround yourself with positive people that cheer you up and bring laughter. A cheery atmosphere creates happiness.

Have a yearly routine test for your breasts. You may also check your own breasts manually. Ask your obstetrician-gynecologists about the steps.

What to avoid: alcohol, smoking, salty and oily food, processed food, dairy products, red meat, weight gain, negative thoughts, and a sedentary way of life.
