The second batch of families formerly living along the riverside in Barangay San Isidro received housing assistance and formally moved into their new homes at Saint Augustine in Samberga through the support of the National Housing Authority.

Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap said the relocation marks a new beginning for the beneficiary families, expressing hope that their new homes will be filled with love, hope, and lasting memories.

Yap also urged the beneficiaries to care for and preserve their houses, stressing that a home is more than just a structure—it is a blessing that strengthens families and provides hope for a better future.

She likewise encouraged residents to work together in building a clean, orderly, and safe community as more families gain access to secure and decent housing through the government’s housing assistance program.
