Tarlac Mayor Susan Yap highlighted the provincial government’s continued support for farmers through the introduction of new knowledge and agricultural technologies.

This came during the Project Launching and Technical Briefing of the Hybrid Rice Model Farm, which aims to help increase rice yield and strengthen the livelihood of local farmers.

Yap said the initiative reflects the province’s commitment to improving the agriculture sector, noting that a stronger farming industry directly benefits more Tarlac families.
