New investment, new opportunities, stronger business ties.

JDN Realty Group and Reinventing Call Center Operations Inc., through its BPO Seats venture, formally sealed a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement covering the entire 7th floor of Newpoint, with an area of approximately 4,200 square meters.

The partnership brings BPO operations to Newpoint, opening opportunities for business growth and employment in the region.

The MOA was signed by JDN Realty Group Chairman Arni Valdes, President and CEO Aaron B. Montenegro, and AVP for Administration Maribel Ronquillo, together with Reinventing Call Center Operations Inc. President and CEO Amanda Aworuwa, Business Development Manager Dr. Marikit Aworuwa and Senior Facilities and Building Manager Jeffrey Bañares.

Also present were Facilities Manager Junieden Dela Cruz, ER Manager Genefer Gloriani, and Senior Accounting Officer Catalina Begino.

Montenegro welcomed the Reinventing Call Center Operations team, expressing JDN Realty’s commitment to supporting the company’s growth and building a strong, long-term partnership.

Ronquillo emphasized that the signing marks not an end, but the start of a working relationship, saying, “Because for us, a signed agreement is not the end of the process. It is the beginning of the work.”

Aworuwa, meanwhile, thanked JDN Realty for its warm welcome, noting that while the company has established relationships with major corporations, JDN stood out for going the extra mile and making the team experience exceptional hospitality.

For Bañares, the partnership is a calculated decision to bring more investments and opportunities to the region, reflecting JDN Realty’s commitment to expanding business prospects and supporting economic growth in Central Luzon.
