Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Corporation has officially launched Clark AeroDistrict by LIPAD, the Philippines’ first world-class airport city, positioning Clark as a future-ready hub for aviation, logistics, business, and investment.
Anchored by Clark International Airport, the 759-hectare masterplanned development expands LIPAD’s vision beyond airport operations by integrating aviation, cargo and logistics, commercial developments, and future airport expansion into a connected economic ecosystem.
LIPAD President and CEO Noel Manankil said the project aims to transform Clark into a leading gateway that connects people, businesses, and opportunities while driving economic growth.
Masterplanned by global infrastructure consulting firm AECOM, Clark AeroDistrict is located within the Clark Freeport Zone, offering investment-ready infrastructure, business-friendly policies, and streamlined services for investors.
The development features four major zones dedicated to aviation-related industries, cargo and freight operations, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, general aviation, commercial developments, and future terminal expansion.
Backed by the LIPAD Consortium—composed of Changi Airports International, JG Summit Holdings, Filinvest Development Corporation, and Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions (PAGSS)—Clark AeroDistrict is expected to strengthen global connectivity, boost trade and logistics, and reinforce Clark’s position as one of the country’s premier economic gateways.
