Judges at the Reyna Delas Flores had their first look at the 31 arches vying for BEST ARCH.
The judges are Magalang Tourism Officer Ryan Miranda, Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) Chief Strategic Communications and Events Officer Oji Sanchez, CIAC Compliance Officer of the AVP for Legal Services Riza Lozano, JDN Realty Marketing Head Chito Gomez, and Fashion Designer Rosette Biag.
