Department of Education and the Mabalacat City Government formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the establishment of the Dolores Elementary School in Mabalacat City.

The agreement was signed by Geld Aquino and Schools Division Superintendent Ma. Carmen Cuenco.

Under the MOA, the city government will allocate funds for the construction of the school building, procurement of educational facilities and equipment, and purchase of instructional materials for both students and teachers.

The local government also committed continued support for the school through the Special Education Fund to help ensure its proper operation.

Mayor Aquino emphasized the importance of bringing schools closer to communities to provide more young Mabalacateños with access to quality education and better opportunities for the future.

He added that the project reflects the city government’s continuing commitment to strengthening the education sector and supporting the development of the youth in Mabalacat City.
