Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II received newly promoted Police Brigadier General Gemma Cruz-Vinluan during a courtesy visit at City Hall following her elevation as one of the newest generals of the Philippine National Police.

PBGen. Cruz-Vinluan was accompanied by Councilor Atty. Jeselle Dayrit and Police Colonel Joselito E. Villarosa Jr., director of the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO).

The visit underscored efforts to strengthen coordination between the local government and the PNP in maintaining peace and order, enhancing public safety, and ensuring effective law enforcement in the city.

Mayor Lazatin congratulated Cruz-Vinluan on her promotion and commended her years of service and leadership in the police organization, expressing appreciation for the PNP’s continued support in keeping Angeles City safe and orderly.
