In an effort to provide a decent housing and land for the urban poor families in Angeles City, Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on December 2, 2021 awarded certificates of land title to 41 indigent individuals of various barangays in the city.

The Angeles City Government had undertaken programs to uplift the condition of the underprivileged and homeless citizens in urban areas and in resettlement areas by making available to them decent housing at affordable cost, basic services employment & opportunities and to reduce if not totally eradicate squatting in the City.
