Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. on September 16 commenced the distribution of risograph machines which will help in reproducing learning modules for students.
During his rounds, Mayor Pogi was joined by Pampanga 1st District Cong. Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, Vice Mayor Vicenta “Vicky” Vega-Cabigting, Information Communication and Technology Division Chief Michael Lising and Mayor’s Record Section Head Jermaine Jam Aguila.
So far, distribution has been done to Northville 15 Integrated School, Gov. Rafael Lazatin Integrated School, EPZA Resettlement Elementary School, Cutud Elementary School and Bonifacio V Romero High School.
Aside from the digital duplicator, Mayor Lazatin also handed over 20 bottles of ink for the risograph machine, 100 reams of bond paper, and 10 masters.
Mayor Lazatin has set aside P10 million for the acquisition of the risograph machines and ink. Bond papers worth P5 million will also be distributed to the public schools.
“Mamimigay po tayo ng mga risograph machines sa mga public schools upang makapag reproduce ng mga learning modules ang ating mga guro para sa pagbubukas ng bagong school year,” said Mayor Lazatin.
A total of 53 public schools in Angeles City are set to receive risograph machines and relevant supplies.
