Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on May 16, 2022 awarded certificates of commendation to Corporal Rogelio Talaogan Jr. and Patrolman Mark John Miranda who went beyond their duties by looking after the welfare of their constituents to ensure peace and order during the 2022 elections.

Mayor Lazatin commended their efforts in extending a helping hand to watch over children while their mothers exercised their right to suffrage.

Lazatin also handed over cash incentives to the two policemen.
