In support of the youth who will participate in the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Dance Exchange 2023 , Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi Lazatin Jr. handed over P10,000 in cash on February 22 to Sinukwan Kapampangan Artistic Director Peter De Vera.
The Dance Exchange 2023 is part of the celebration of National Arts Month this February that will be held in Zamboanga City.
The Angeles City government and Mayor Lazatin fully support De Vera’s goal to transform the youth through arts.
De Vera is also the founder of Bale Balayan, for the music-and-dance training for children in conflict with the law (CICL) housed at Bahay Pagasa.
