Santa Rita Mayor Reynan S. Calo led an inspection of cemeteries across the municipality to check their readiness for DAUN 2026 as residents prepare to visit their departed loved ones.

The inspection covered San Jose Cemetery, San Basilio Public Cemetery, Dila-Dila Public Cemetery, and Peaceful Memorial Park in Dila-Dila.

Joining the mayor were representatives from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Municipal Health Office, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

The inspection forms part of the municipal government’s preparations to ensure cemetery readiness and assess conditions ahead of the expected increase in visitors during the observance of DAUN 2026.
