PORAC, PAMPANGA — The official transition of leadership between outgoing Mayor Francis “Budoy” Tamayo and incoming Mayor Jaime “Jing” Capil took place on June 30, 2025, at the Porac Manpower Training Center.

This historic event marks a significant step towards a more organized, efficient, and progressive local government for the Municipality of Porac.
