The arrest of a wanted suspect linked to a series of crimes in Pampanga has prompted two more victims to come forward and positively identify the accused in separate incidents, according to the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).
PRO3 said the additional victims voluntarily coordinated with authorities after the suspect was arrested on July 9, 2026, by joint operatives of the regional police and partner law enforcement units. Their statements may support the filing of additional charges against the suspect.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGen. Jess B. Mendez said the development underscores the value of swift police action and public cooperation in strengthening criminal cases.
“The courage shown by these victims in coming forward strengthens our case against the accused and helps prevent further victimization. We encourage other victims and witnesses to cooperate with authorities and assure them that the PNP will provide the necessary support and protection throughout the process,” Mendez said.
The regional police reiterated its commitment to relentlessly pursuing criminals and ensuring justice for victims, in line with the Philippine National Police’s campaign of delivering “Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.”
