Three neighbors from Barangay Sta. Cruz, Lubao received life-changing medical treatment through the Provincial Government of Pampanga’s Alagang Nanay Preventive Healthcare Program.

Christine Joy Muñoz underwent a thyroid operation worth nearly ₱90,000, while Olivia Espiritu finally received the thyroid surgery she had waited 10 years for. Their neighbor, Carlota Fernando, also underwent a life-saving angioplasty.

The Provincial Government said the procedures were made possible through the healthcare program led by Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, which continues to provide free medical services and specialized treatment to Kapampangans in need.

The three women, who are not only neighbors but also close friends, now share a story of renewed hope after receiving the medical care they needed.
