Today, February 28, 2022, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. inspected three (3) newly-purchased wing vans and four (4) dump trucks, which will be used by the City Engineer’s Office for the Walang Plastikan: Plastik Palit Bigas Project.
