New York City Consul General Elmer G. Cato paid a courtesy visit to City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Caluag.

During the visit, they explored possible cultural diplomacy and trade mission projects to promote the CSF and its products.

They were joined by former Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PamCham) chair Rene G. Romero and Archbishop-Emeritus of the Archdiocese of San Fernando, Pampanga, Most Rev. Paciano B. Aniceto.
