The Holy Rosary Parish – Pisamban Maragul held the Rite of Anointing and Blessing for its newly installed bells and bell tower this afternoon. The ceremony was presided over by Most Rev. Florentino G. Lavarias, D.D*, Archbishop of San Fernando, along with Rev. Fr. Elmer D. Magat and Rev. Fr. Nolasco L. Fernandez of HRP.
