P1.88-M medical aid for 45 Kapampangan patients

The Provincial Government of Pampanga extended P1.88 million worth of medical assistance to 45 residents battling various illnesses during a distribution activity led by Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda on Monday.

Joined by members of the Provincial Board, Pineda personally oversaw the release of assistance to beneficiaries, including cancer patients who are undergoing treatment and continuing their fight toward recovery.

The aid program aims to ease the financial burden of families facing costly medical expenses while providing much-needed support to patients in need.

The Capitol noted that beyond financial assistance, the initiative reflects the provincial government’s continuing commitment to the health and welfare of Kapampangans, particularly those confronting serious medical conditions.

The distribution forms part of the Capitol’s regular Monday assistance program, through which millions of pesos in medical aid are provided to residents seeking help for hospitalization, treatment, and other healthcare needs.

The provincial government continues to encourage eligible residents to apply for medical assistance through the established application process as part of its ongoing healthcare support efforts.
