Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” B. Lazatin II has signed a ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for the construction of additional classrooms at the City College of Angeles (CCA).
PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Al Tengco and Department of Education Secretary Sonny Angara witnessed the ceremonial signing.
The initiative seeks to expand CCA’s learning facilities and accommodate more students by providing additional classrooms and a more conducive environment for learning.
