The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO), under the leadership of PCOL Eugene M. Marcelo, Provincial Director, conducted its “Commander’s Time” on May 25, 2025 at the Covered Court of the Pampanga PPO.

The activity provided a venue for the Provincial Director to personally engage with PPO personnel, delivering key reminders, operational updates, and discussions on administrative concerns.

It also reinforced the organization’s continuing commitment to discipline, accountability, and dedicated public service as part of its law enforcement mandate.
