President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. personally inspected the newly constructed three-story Pampanga Provincial Hospital–Clark at Clark Global City on Thursday together with Governor Lilia ‘Nanay’ Pineda, Vice Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda, Mabalacat City Mayor Geld Aquino, and other Pampanga officials.
The hospital was constructed with a total project cost of P601.74 million, while the Provincial Government of Pampanga allocated an additional P115.49 million for medical equipment and hospital systems. Partner agencies also donated medical equipment and supplies worth P140.57 million.
The facility has a total bed capacity of 143, including 17 private rooms, 16 semi-private rooms, and 110 ward beds.
Officials said the new hospital is expected to expand and speed up the delivery of quality healthcare services for Kapampangans and nearby communities.
Meanwhile, Mayor Aquino said he will direct all 27 barangays in Mabalacat City to make their Patient Transport Vehicles available for residents who need transportation to the new hospital.
