A prayer service was held at the site of the collapsed structure in Barangay Balibago as search, rescue, and retrieval operations continued.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II joined Rev. Fr. Enrique Luzung of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in offering prayers for the victims, their families, and all those affected by the tragedy.
The activity also included the blessing of responders and members of the Unified Command who continue to lead operations at ground zero.
