CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), under the leadership of PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., successfully ensured the safe and orderly conduct of the simultaneous oath-taking and inauguration ceremonies of newly elected local government officials across Central Luzon on June 30, 2025.

With large gatherings and increased public movement expected during the event, all provincial, city, and municipal police stations were placed on full alert. PRO3 also coordinated closely with local government units, force multipliers, and various security stakeholders to ensure a smooth and dignified transition of leadership across the region.
