The PRO3 Officers Ladies Club, led by Mrs. Chatt Mendez, extended assistance to PNP personnel affected by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat through an outreach program on September 23, 2026.

The group, together with PCOL Robert L. Petate, Acting Chief of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD), distributed relief assistance to affected personnel at several locations across Central Luzon.

Aid was provided at Camp Olivas in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga; Sto. Tomas Municipal Police Station in Pampanga; Calumpit Municipal Police Station in Bulacan; and the Bulacan Police Provincial Office in Malolos City.

The initiative underscored the PRO3’s continuing commitment to malasakit, unity and support for its personnel, particularly during emergencies and difficult times.
