The newly renovated Ricardo Rodriguez Memorial Hospital is set to open this May, offering improved healthcare services to residents.
The three-story facility now has a 75-bed capacity and is classified as a Level 1 hospital, equipped to provide essential medical services. It also features diagnostic procedures such as X-ray, 2D Echo, ultrasound, and other laboratory services.

The development was announced by Governor Lilia ‘Nanay’ Pineda during a recent medical mission in Bacolor, where she was joined by Mayor Eduardo Diman Datu.
With the upgraded hospital, patients will no longer need to travel to City of San Fernando for medical care, as services will now be accessible within the municipality.
Meanwhile, the provincial government has also allocated ₱15 million for the improvement of the road in front of the municipal hall.
During the medical mission, around 1,100 residents received free consultations, maintenance medicines, food packs, undergarments, and hygiene kits through the joint efforts of the provincial government and partner agencies.
