Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center (RLMMC) has opened its Mental Health and Neuro Clinic to provide free consultations for residents of Angeles City and Central Luzon.
The RLMMC Mental Health and Neuro Clinic (MHNC) now accepts both walk-in and appointment-based patients seeking mental health and neurological care, as part of the city government’s effort to make healthcare more accessible.
📅 Schedule of Consultations:
- Psychologist (Ma’am Maica Pineda) – Monday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN
- Psychiatrist (Dr. Mel Vinci Cruz) – Every other Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Family Medicine (Dr. Kayla Mallari-Perez) – Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN (follow-up and prescriptions only)
- Neurologist (Dr. Kathrina Campos) – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Bring medical records if available (X-ray, lab results, prescriptions, medical certificate)
