The municipal government of Sasmuan has turned over a 400-square-meter titled lot to the Philippine National Police for the construction of a new police station.
Mayor Catalina M. Cabrera led the turnover on April 28, 2026, formally handing the property to the Pampanga Police Provincial Office.

The lot was received by Provincial Director PCOL Eugene M. Marcelo, along with PMAJ Guido G. Gragasin Jr., PCPT Jem Hennessy C. Fallong, and Supply PNCO PCpl Kelvin N. Lanoza.
According to the Pampanga PPO, the site will be used for the construction of a standard police station building aimed at improving facilities and enhancing service delivery.
Marcelo expressed appreciation to the local government for its continued support to the police force, noting that the project reflects strong collaboration between the LGU and law enforcement in maintaining peace and order.
The new police station is expected to better serve residents of Sasmuan and nearby communities.
