Continuing his pursuit of a drug-free workplace, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo โPogiโ Lazatin, Jr. has ordered the administration of surprise drug test to some 47 employees of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and 57 personnel of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).
A total of 176 city government employees underwent a surprise drug test initiated by Mayor Carmelo โPogiโ Lazatin, Jr.
The drug testing is in line with the aim of Mayor Lazatin to ensure that the city hall will be a drug-free workplace, as stated in his eight-point agenda presented during his inauguration speech for his second term.
