𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻, a P29.9 million worth center for child care, rehabilitation and reformation center, is set to rise in Angeles City, with Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. leading the groundbreaking ceremony in Barangay Sta. Teresita on May 3, 2023.
Upon the instruction of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel led the team that conducted a site inspection along the heritage district – vicinity of Plaza Anghel and Angeles Electric Corporation – in preparation for the upcoming Reyna De Las Flores.

On April 13, 2023, upon the instruction of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., General Services Officer Evangeline Malonzo, City Engineer Donato Dizon and Information and Communication Technology Division Chief Michael Lising conducted an ocular inspection of four public high schools in the city to assess all the needs in their classrooms.
As instructed by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., Chief Adviser IC Calaguas on April 11, 2023 met with the officials of Department of Education – Division of Angeles City, led by Superintendent Rolando Pozon, to discuss the improvements in the education sector for the next academic year.
